Titanoboa Trader is a universal tool that allows traders to choose ANY plot of ANY indicator (in the PRICE panel) as Center Line and adds user-defined offsets to form up to 5 S/R pairs around Center Line. The overall appearance of the plots looks like an ancient python, hence the name :) Titanoboa Trader supplies breakout and return signals based on the thresholds you specify. For example:

  • You set S2/R2 as the breakout threshold. Then the indicator will alert when the market breaks above R2 or breaks below S2.
  • You set S5/R5 as the return threshold. Then the indicator will alert when the market returns below R5 (from the up side) or returns above S5 (from the down side).

From our experiences, return signals are more valuable in most market conditions. Return signals help accurately catch tops/bottoms in sideways periods and peaks in trend phases.
