As you explore our site, we’d like to briefly share how we approach our role within the trading industry. There are many ways to operate as a trading vendor. At ninZa.co, we deliberately choose to be an honest, kind, and reliable partner who accompanies and supports the trading community over the long term.

In an industry often affected by scams and a lack of transparency, we believe it’s essential to clearly state what we provide – and what we do not provide – from the very beginning. This helps establish clear, reasonable expectations you can rely on.

What we provide, and trader's role

As one of the largest NinjaTrader vendors, serving more than 60,000 traders worldwide, ninZa.co delivers high-quality trading software designed for the NinjaTrader platform.

Our products are built to support traders in developing structured, effective trading systems and in gaining a clearer, more informed perspective on market behavior.

Rather than offering shortcuts or guarantees, we focus on providing robust products, sound methodologies, and well-engineered solutions that traders can integrate into their own decision-making processes. Used correctly and responsibly, our software can become a meaningful component in a trader’s long-term development and edge-building journey. 

However, please understand that it is mainly traders themselves who manage to exploit our products to the fullest. Trading professionally requires extensive knowledge, experience, wisdom, self-control… which are far beyond the scope of our support.

To illustrate this point, allow us to provide you with some examples:

• Adobe created Photoshop but the people who create art masterpieces are talented artists who use Photoshop, not Adobe's staff.
• Car companies sell great cars, but cannot provide driving licenses. People have to earn driving licenses themselves in order to drive cars.

Unlike other types of software that can be easily deemed "working" or not, a trading indicator can hardly be evaluated objectively. Their effectiveness mostly depends on the expertise of the trader utilizing them.

Acceptable practices that we may use to present our products:

• Capturing screenshots or recording videos of our indicators/systems in favorable markets, for the purpose of demonstrating them
• Embedding customer reviews on/in our websites, newsletters, media…
• Providing backtest results
• Supposing our products are good, great, high-quality, professional, effective, unique, original...

Unacceptable practices that we stay away from:

• Marketing a product as “Holy Grail”
• Claiming win rates of 70%, 80%, 90%... without backtest results
• Using exaggerated or unrealistic statements like “life-changing indicator” or “the last system you will ever need to buy”
• Promising a trading income, such as $5K per month or similar
• Guaranteeing trading success, profits, or capital safety
• Creating the fantasy of a luxurious lifestyle with mansions, supercars, yachts… through trading success
• Suggesting early-retirement possibilities through trading success

ninZa.co is not intended for:

• Traders searching for a “100% safe” system with no losses or drawdowns
• Traders unwilling to invest time in learning how to trade or develop self-discipline
• Traders looking for a “money-printing” solution that generates guaranteed daily withdrawals (similar to an ATM)
• Traders seeking a product or solution to rapidly recover significant trading losses (e.g. $30K, $50K...)
• Traders expecting to double or triple large accounts on a monthly basis

ninZa.co does not provide:

• Instant-wealth solutions
• No-drawdown or risk-free trading systems
• Single trading products designed to perform equally well in both choppy and trending markets (effective solutions can be developed for each phase, but no single indicator or system can excel in all conditions)
• Indicators or systems that remain consistently stable and immune to news, crises, turbulence, interventions...
• Methods for overnight transformation from a beginner to a pro trader
• Any assurance that trading will allow you to leave your job to trade full-time
