What indicators or are your indicators Bloodhound ready?
Most of our indicators are compatible with Bloodhound. Please go to a product page to check the Bloodhound compatibility of each indicator.
How do I uninstall my indicator?
To uninstall an indicator, simply open NinjaTrader Control Center, click Tools > Remove NinjaScript Assembly. Select the indicator you want to uninstall and click Remove.
Do you provide trader manuals for your indicators?
Some indicators may come with a PDF trader manual. Please go to a product page to check the availability of trader manuals for each indicator.
Licensing
When is the indicator I've purchased activated?
If you fill in ninZaID during the checkout process, the indicator will be activated instantly. Otherwise, you can log in to Customer Zone to manually activate the indicator 100% YOURSELF after the purchase.
What if my ninZaID changes?
No problem! You can manually update ninZaID in Customer Zone whenever you wish. We proudly provide our customers with an innovative self-served licensing system that you can't find anywhere else.
May I install an indicator on more than 1 computer?
By default, the license for each indicator is for 1 computer only. If you want to run an indicator on many computers, please request an upgrade of your license to multiple computers on this page: https://ninza.co/upgrade. Our company offers a great discount for license upgrades, and you just need to pay the difference in cost.
If I buy a new computer, can I transfer the indicator license to the new one?
Yes, it is all FREE to migrate. You can migrate the indicator license to the new machine 100% YOURSELF in Customer Zone or ask for our help. The license on your old computer will be deactivated after the migration.

What are ninZaResources, ninZaATR…? Why do I have to install them?
ninZaResources, ninZaATR… are prerequisites for our paid indicators. You just need to install these prerequisite files once before installing our paid indicators. Besides, it's highly recommended that you should re-install the newest versions of ninZaResources, ninZaATR… if they have updates.
Where can I download the latest version of NinjaTrader?

How do I access previous purchases?
You can access all of them in Customer Zone. The credentials to log in to Customer Zone was emailed to you upon your first purchase at ninZa.co. If you cannot find your login information, please go to [link] and enter the email address you used for the purchase(s) in order to have your password reset. If you still have issues with account logging or password resetting, please reach out to us via [link] and we will be happy to help you.
How do I access Customer Zone?
Our serve will automatically send you an email with the login credentials to Customer Zone upon your first successful purchase at ninZa.co. Please check your Spam or Junk folder as well. If you cannot manage to find it, please contact us at info@ninza.co and we will be happy to assist you.
What is Customer Zone?

What happens after a purchase
After a successful purchase, we will send you an email providing download links for the product you just purchased. Please check your Spam or Junk folder as well. If the email does not arrive after a few hours, it perhaps your email provider may have problems receiving emails from us. How to update my indicator?
You need to re-install the latest version of the indicator, as instructed on this page: https://ninza.co/install. After that, please restart NinjaTrader for the new version to take effect.
Where can I download the latest version of an indicator?
Please log in to Customer Zone to download the latest version. Alternatively, you can find the download links in your order email.
What is ninZaFamily?
ninZaFamily is our internal group of traders, who will receive exclusive benefits beyond other traders. All ninZaFamily members will receive our weekly newsletters.
Do you have backtest results for your indicators?
In-depth backtest analyses are NOT available for our trading indicators.
Can you help me program an indicator or trading system?
We are sorry that our company does NOT provide custom development. I no longer receive newsletter emails from ninZa.co, how can I fix that?
It is absolutely essential to open our emails and click the links in the emails frequently. If you do not open them often, the system will assume that you are not interested in our content and therefore decrease your chance to receive emails from us.
Indicators General
Do you have backtest results for your indicators?
Our indicators do NOT come with backtest results. They just provide raw signals, so you will need to adjust them to fit your trading.
What is your best indicator?
Thousands of traders all over the world each use our indicators in a different way, so it is impossible to remark what is the best. All of the significant factors like trading style, trading experience, account size, instrument, market condition, and timeframes will decide which are the indicators most suitable for you.
Activating Tick Replay mode
Some indicators such as Order Flow Presentation, Volume Delta, Cumulative Delta need "Tick Replay" enabled to show results of the historical data. Otherwise, it will plot in real time only. How to setup email notifications?
Enabling email in the settings of an indicator is not enough to get emails on alerts. You need to set up email share service also. Please follow our step-by-step instructions written on [link].
Support for instruments without Bid/Ask data: forex, Indian market, indices…
If your market data provider doesn't provide Bid/Ask data, you can still have our order flow indicators run in UpDownTick mode as a replacement for Bid/Ask mode. Tips: For forex pairs, you can use futures equivalents for analyses. For example, you can use 6E futures for EURUSD.
How to submit a feature request or indicator suggestion?
Please send your feature requests and indicator suggestions to us via our contact form: https://ninza.co/contact With our vast range of hundreds of indicators to maintain, we cannot promise implementations of any feature requests or indicator suggestions, which are submitted to our dev team in dozens every day. The final decision is made by ninZa.co.
Will ninZa.co's indicators work with my license of NinjaTrader?
ninZa.co's indicators do not depend on the type of NinjaTrader edition. You can use our indicators with any edition of NinjaTrader: Demo/Simulation, Free/Direct, Lease/Subscription, Own/Lifetime. The only exception is that ninZa.co's order-execution tools (EOB Ordering, Innovative Ordering, Smart Flattening) do NOT work on Free/Direct version of NinjaTrader.

How do I resolve NinjaScript programming errors?
You may receive an error message when you try to import a third-party indicator. To find where this error comes from, you will need to compile indicators. Platform
Why do I see different charts with different data feeds on NinjaTrader, or when comparing to TradingView charts?
Each market data provider uses different methods for tick filtering, throttling, and time stamping. Therefore, it may be possible that Ninjatrader users with different data feeds will see slight differences when plotting the same instrument and timeframe or when comparing to external sources like TradingView. Which trading platforms do you support?
All of ninZa.co's indicators are only available for NinjaTrader 8. Please go to their page at https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect and sign up for a FREE demo of the trading platform if you have not had a NinjaTrader account yet. The process to set up NinjaTrader will not take much time.
What is your refund policy?
Please note that it is impossible to return, refund, or exchange - either partial or full. All sales are final and non-refundable. We will immediately deactivate software licenses and revoke access to software downloads for any customer who files a chargeback. Additionally, the customer's identity will be permanently banned in our database of authorized users. As a result, the customer will no longer be able to purchase any products from us. We will also reject and refund any additional purchases. Please do not attempt to make any fraudulent chargebacks. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law in case of fraudulent chargebacks.
How long does it take for order processing and indicator delivery?
Once your transaction is completed, the download links will be emailed to you immediately. You can log in to Customer Zone and download all of the indicators you purchased any time you wish.
Do you offer trials?
Due to some problems in the past related to illegal software copying and reverse-engineering, we do not provide trials of any kind.
Do you offer discounts for a bundle purchase?
Yes, we offer a special discount for any customers purchasing 3 or more indicators at once. Please reach out to us, and we are always happy to provide the best bundle price for you.
