ninZaExchange

To help mitigate risk for our customers, we have launched the ninZaExchange program. If an indicator you purchased doesn’t meet your needs, you may request an exchange under the following terms:
- The exchange must be requested within 30 days from the purchase date (including the purchase date).
- You are allowed ONE (01) exchange, replacing your purchased product with another one, limited to ninZa.co products. Products from 3rd-party vendors are not eligible for exchange. The same discount from your original purchase will be applied to the exchanged product, but no more than 50% OFF (to ensure fairness for all customers).
For example:
- Example #1: Chip bought an indicator at 40% OFF. When exchanging it, he is eligible for a maximum discount of 40% OFF on the alternative indicator he selects.
- Example #2: Dale bought an indicator at 60% OFF. However, for the exchange, his discount is capped at 50% OFF, as 50% is the maximum discount allowed per order under our policy.
* Discount (%) = (Discount amount ÷ Original price) × 100
Where: Discount amount = Original price − Cash paid
Please note that this ninZaExchange program still does NOT allow a refund/return. Additionally, it will NOT be applied to free gifts.
You can exchange products if they do not fit well with your system, but cannot request a refund/return after purchase.
(The ninZaExchange policy takes effect on February 14th, 2025.)
