HAMA Monster is a powerful application of Heiken Ashi on moving averages of prices. It paints a new series of bars that are classified into uptrend or downtrend. Signals produced by this indicator are extremely simple yet effective:

  • When the trend shifts from down to up, you get a possible buy opportunity (go long or exit short).
  • When the trend shifts from up to down, you get a possible sell opportunity (go short or exit long).

You have full control over how to build HAMA Monster bars with user-defined MA type, period, and smoothing options.
