Up to 6 complimentary remote sessions
With Premium Services, you receive up to 6 complimentary remote sessions within 60 days of purchase, instead of 3 sessions within 30 days included with standard services.
The initial white-glove session counts as one of these 6 sessions.
No fixed duration limit for the initial white-glove session
Your initial white-glove session has no fixed duration limit and continues until the agreed onboarding objectives are completed.
Up to 45 minutes per follow-up session
Each follow-up remote session lasts up to 45 minutes, which is 50% longer than the 30-minute sessions included with standard services.
Priority scheduling
Remote sessions included with Premium Services receive priority scheduling, with appointment requests prioritized in the scheduling queue.
