Here is the mechanism behind our work...
The Yellow box: Also known as the Original box, is identified based on the flat condition of the baseline and your customized cycle range.
The Blue/Pink box: Blue boxes indicate upward breakouts, while Pink boxes indicate downward breakouts.
Breakout signals: These signals occur when the sideways market triggers a box, and the price exiting this box constitutes a valid trading signal if it meets at least one of these two conditions:
- Broken (%): If the price moves outside the box's edge by a distance greater than the set percentage of the box's height, a trading signal will be triggered at the current price position.
- Broken (Bars): If the price moves outside the box's edge by a set number of candles, a trading signal will be triggered at the current price position.
(You can adjust the percentage and number of candles in the product’s settings.)
Support/resistance levels: Generated from the top/bottom edges of the boxes, support/resistance levels of Darvas Pro Max can help you leverage the information to assess price behaviors and make better decisions.
