SuperTrend is a well-known trend indicator widely used by thousands of traders from all around the world. It helps you ride a big trend to the end for maximum profits, without the harmful desire of a premature exit.
Our free SuperTrend 4U indicator provides 2 MA types for you to select as the reference price: SMA & EMA. The SuperTrend plot is then drawn at a ninZaATR offset from above or below the reference price, depending on the trend.
You can set the moving average to SMA 1 and choose the input price as “Median” to restore this indicator to the traditional version whose reference price is (High + Low)/2.
The plot is colorized in 2 user-defined colors to differentiate between uptrend & downtrend, easy for your recognition.

I have been using the ninZa.co indicators for several months now and am very happy with what a valuable addition they have been to my charts. I recently decided to add one of the recently released indicators from ninZa.co. But after using for a few days, it wasn’t quite what I had been looking for.
