ninZa.co's free SuperTrend 4U indicator provides 2 MA types for you to select as the reference price: SMA & EMA. The SuperTrend plot is then drawn at a ninZaATR offset from above or below the reference price, depending on the trend.

You can set the moving average to SMA 1 and choose the input price as “Median” to restore this indicator to the traditional version whose reference price is (High + Low)/2.

The plot is colorized in 2 user-defined colors to differentiate between uptrend & downtrend, easy for your recognition.
