StepMA Crossover is an advanced indicator developed from StepMA Pro. Unlike the intersection of traditional moving averages, this indicator only updates its value when significant market fluctuations occur.

It leverages the same plot as StepMA Pro. This moving average offers two key lines: Fast and Slow. The trend is identified only when these lines intersect. At the same time, we’ve added the Crossover Offset (Ticks) feature to match each trader’s experience, offering even more reliable trend signals.

In addition to trend detection, StepMA Crossover incorporates a zone-based approach with a ribbon that acts as dynamic support and resistance levels. This zone helps you spot pullback signals, which may be handy if you trade with a scalping style, as the indicator delivers many trading signals quickly.

Dedicated NinjaScript signals:

Signal_Trend: 1 = uptrend, -1 = downtrend
Signal_Trade: 2 = pullback bullish, 1 = uptrend start , -1 = downtrend start , -2 = pullback bearish, 0 = no signal

Client Support Exceeds Expectations With Efficient And Speedy Actions, Going

I have been an old time client of ninZa.co and in addition to the very high quality of their products have always found their Client Support to be of a very high standard. But recently, I was simply overwhelmed by the efficient and speedy action by Hannah and her team. I was facing problems in importing RenkoKings Platinum due to a possible minor bug in my machine. Communicating with Hannah, she provided an initial fix and when that did not work she had her dev team create a small tool specifically to solve the issue (which was successful). The fact that every client is treated as an individual and Hannah and the team are always going the extra mile is worthy of very high praise and appreciation.

Awesome Indicator and Pi Rocks!

This is my story, I ordered the Day Range indicator for NIFTY India. To my dismay, it didn't work well as it calculated ranges in ticks. I asked Larry Pi if there was a workaround, and he created a new version with all the choices for range unit: points, ticks, pips. He was with me all through the process, with very short turnaround cycles. So don't hesitate at all to pick what you want! You won't regret.
