Product Description

Renko In Renko is a trend-following indicator specifically designed for Renko charts in NinjaTrader.

It translates the logic and behavior of Renko bars into a continuous, price-based trend indicator — making it intuitive for traders who are already familiar with Renko-style price action.

Key features

1.Renko-style trend logic

The indicator mimics the way Renko bars define trends, using 2 configurable parameters:

Trend Offset: Determines when the current trend extends further (small moves in the direction of the trend).
Reversal Offset: Determines when the trend reverses (larger moves against the trend).

This creates a dynamic box of upper and lower thresholds (like Darvas boxes), which guide the trader in identifying trend continuation, consolidation, or reversal.

2. Intuitive and visual

It paints trend regions between thresholds in bullish/bearish colors (region painting), making it easy to see trend states at a glance. Trend shifts and trend strengthening events are clearly marked with signals, reducing guesswork.

3. Familiar for Renko traders

The indicator uses familiar Renko concepts like Offset, Tick size, and thresholds, providing a similar experience to reading actual Renko bars, but as a continuous indicator that overlays on your chart.

Renko in Renko is designed to make tracking trends as easy and intuitive as watching Renko bars, while offering enhanced visual cues and flexibility.
