I'm so grateful to encounter GRACE L. She's amazing and skillful person. I've been talking to her for a couple of weeks and she stayed with me no matter how many questions I ask for. She was talented and easy to talk to with great attitude. She very supportive without hesitation especially showing and explaining about the products I want. The great part is when she help me out installing the indicators. She's like a robot work like an AI, fast and accurate. I cant even think I would do that maybe week and weeks just for setting up indicators haha. But for her she's done in minutes. I cant believed it, She's super amazing. I am a big user of ninZa.co indicators and i own a lot of their indicators. I just have bought the last one : "Cosmik Z-TP", it is just awesome. The trend vector combined with supply & demand zones give you a clear view of the market situation. I use it with "Cumulative Delta", "Superior Volume", "Divergence Engine" (using "W Wave Volume Pro" as input series). I can tell you that this template give me so much accurate trades than i'm still wondering if I am dreaming or not (not a joke ! haha). I would like to give a big shout to Hannah who takes care of customers with so much kindness that she deserves a big bunch of flowers !!! Thank you ninZa.co and the team for the great work you are doing for the NinjaTrader 8 community !!!!

Ninza has some excellent customer service people like Grace working for them to help make my experience with ninZa.co success. Grace has helped me everytime, there has ever been an issue. I now ask for Grace every time to help me work out any indicator setup or issues! I find their indicators reasonble priced and helpful to compliment my trading and i have been trading futures now for 7 years!
