Step-by-step guide on how to seamlessly transfer indicators

The following are comprehensive guidelines for you to seamlessly transfer our indicators, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and the recipients.

1. Login to your account

2. Purchase Licfers

Buy Licfers to kick off the indicator transfer process.

3. Initiate Transfer

In the “ZR Reseller” section, select "Transfer" to begin the transfer process.

4.Enter Receiver's information

Provide the recipient's details, including their email address and name.
Specify the indicators and license quantity for transfer. Click "Add Product"
Select "Review Information".

5. Confirmation and OTP code

Tick the checkbox to confirm your intent, then click "Transfer".

Check your email for the One-Time Password (OTP) code.
Enter the received OTP code into the designated boxes and select "Submit and Transfer".

6. Transfer confirmation email

A License Transfer Confirmation email will be sent to the recipient.
Upon clicking the link in the email, your transfer order status will change from "Pending" to "Completed".

7. Manage your transfers

To view your transfer history, select "Manage Transfers" or "ZR Reseller".
The "Transferred" tab displays transactions where you transferred indicators to others.
The "Received" tab shows transactions where you received indicators from others.
