Dear NINZA community,

Over the past week, our team has carefully reviewed the results of our community poll, deeply reflected on your feedback, and considered the ongoing economic challenges that many traders face today. 

Together, these considerations have led us to the following decision, which we believe best serves our community.

Restoring free upgrades

Today, I am pleased to announce that we are officially restoring our original free-upgrade policy.

Effective immediately, future updates & upgrades to our products will be provided at no additional cost (*).

When we introduced paid major upgrades, our intention was never to create barriers. Our goal was simply to build a sustainable model that would enable us to invest heavily in research & development and deliver meaningful innovations for years to come.

However, a good policy should not exist in isolation. It should evolve with the needs of the community and the world around us.

After listening to our community, considering today's economic environment, and reflecting on what we believe is the right long-term direction, we feel this is the best path forward.

Your feedback played a direct role in this decision, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us throughout this process.

New complimentary updates

To mark this important decision, we are also pleased to announce new updates to the following products:

• Rev^Out Scalping v2: Added the capability to identify “volume deception”, generating scalping signals after deceptive volume activity is detected. This improvement is considered a major upgrade to v2, because it integrates order-flow technology to identify such activity accurately.
• New Horizon: Added the capability to use NQ signals to trade MNQ.

These updates are available immediately and can be downloaded free of charge by all existing owners. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.

If there are any improvements, features, or refinements that you would like to see in the products you already own, we would genuinely love to hear them.

(*) Policy notes:

1. For products that have already reached v2, free future upgrades apply to v2 licenses. Since these v2 releases were introduced under the previous paid-upgrade model and the transition to v2 is already well underway, this policy change will take effect from v2 for those products.

2. A very small number of exceptionally complex products may be developed using a modular structure due to the extensive, long-term research & development such products require. In such cases, free updates & upgrades apply to the core product, while optional expansion modules may be offered separately.

The distinction is as follows:

• Updates & upgrades refer to improvements, fixes, optimizations, compatibility updates, and new capabilities made to the core product.
• Expansion modules are optional, standalone components that introduce substantial new workflows or functionality beyond the scope of the core product. They are not required for the core product to function.
