When reviewing indicators by Ninza.co, all you hear about is the exceptional customer service, well, I have now experienced it myself.
Taking advantage of the Black Friday sales, I picked up the Sabertooth Trading package. Purchase and installation was seemless, however looking at the KingRenko$ bars, they didn’t look right to my eye.
I reached out on a Saturday night to see if I could exchange the KingRenko bars for another indicator. Amazingly I recd a response from Hannah stating despite not “working” over the weekend, that she would take care of it. On Sunday, after clarifying the exchange, she said all was set, and would resolve it that day. Monday morning first thing, I recd the installation e-mail…reviewed my dashboard and all the downloads were available, all docs and already activated.
Talk about above and beyond, incredible service, really cool flexible customizable indicators that really work.
I cannot envisage using any other competitor’s indicators moving forward.

I have purchased indicators in the past from ninZa and have been shopping for again ith the wonderful discounts that ninZa just offered. Hannah has helped me in the past and I reached out to her again. She is very patient and answers my emails promptly. She has given me good guidance when I have shared with her what I am looking for. She was wonderful helping me with my latest purchase. And as soon as I finally decided, she had Grace come on with me and Grace installed my purchase and set up some options that I just have to select when I want to use them. These two ladies are tops!

When purchasing an indicator called Rev Out I was dealing with a young lady by the name of Hannah. She was extremely helpful. It would do the company well if they could hire more like her. Thank you Hannah. And by the way the indicator looks very promising.

Ninza has some excellent customer service people

Ninza has some excellent customer service people like Grace working for them to help make my experience with Ninza a success. Grace has helped me everytime, there has ever been an issue. I now ask for Grace every time to help me work out any indicator setup or issues! I find their indicators reasonable priced and helpful to compliment my trading and i have been trading futures now for 7 years!

Friendly and Reasonable

My wife and I have recently become interested in trading the futures markets. Ninza's indicators are reasonably priced- especially when on sale! Hannah was very patient with us newbies and understanding when we needed to switch products or get bundle deal discounts for his & her indicators ;) A refreshing experience after dealing with some of the less savory vendors out there.
