In trading, valuable lessons come from more than books and theory. They come from the ups and downs of trading, testing different approaches, and developing your own perspective through real market experience.
That's why we're launching NINZA Premier Minds, a series of interviews where we connect with traders, hear their stories, and share their methods and firsthand insights with the wider trading community.
1. About NINZA Premier Minds
Our mission: To capture traders' real experiences, hard-earned lessons, and unique perspectives, turning them into valuable content that others can learn from.
Format: We conduct online interviews and turn them into in-depth articles for the NINZA website and videos for our official YouTube channels. The content may also be shared on guests' channels, as mutually agreed.
Focus: Premier Minds is an independent initiative centered on traders' journeys, trading philosophies, and practical experience. Products or tools may come up naturally when they help explain a trading decision or insight, but the interviews are not intended for product promotion or sales.

3. A straightforward workflow that respects your time
We keep the process simple, transparent, and professional, with your time and comfort in mind.
Step 1. Connect and discuss
Our team will reach out to learn more about your trading experience and discuss potential interview topics and content direction.
Step 2. Agree on interview topics and questions
We'll finalize the interview topics and questions together in advance. You're welcome to suggest specific experiences, lessons, or questions, or our team can offer ideas for you to consider.
Step 3. Schedule and conduct the interview
Once we've agreed on the questions and a suitable time, we'll meet online for the interview.
We'll ask the questions while you share your experiences and insights. Our team takes care of recording the interview, writing and editing the in-depth article, and producing the final video.
Step 4. Publish and share
We'll publish and share the interview across NINZA's media channels, or both parties' channels, as agreed, helping more traders learn from your experience and take part in meaningful discussions.
