Adapting Greenz to today's reality

Aloha trader,

As you may remember, we introduced Greenz last year – primarily as our response to the community's request for greater emphasis on improving existing products.

Paid upgrades enabled us to build and continuously enhance sophisticated trading software by spreading large development costs across multiple major versions – ultimately benefiting the customers we serve. 

We were grateful for the support and understanding we received from the community following the introduction of Greenz, as most traders recognized its long-term benefits.

There were also honest concerns from others, and we appreciated them as well, because each reflected a shared desire to see NINZA build better trading software.

Overall, the community response was positive, and together we all looked forward to the premium upgrades to come in the years ahead.

However, there was one thing that neither you nor we could have anticipated – as is often the case in life…

An unexpected turn

The global turmoil that began in early March has led to rising energy prices, persistent inflation, reduced or less stable incomes, and growing uncertainty about the future.

As a result, many of us have had to rethink our spending habits and become much more cautious about how we spend our money.

Every month, we hear directly from thousands of traders around the world, so we understand this reality firsthand.

Given these difficult conditions, we recognize that the cost of upgrading is no longer as easy to absorb as it was 7 months ago.

We are deeply saddened that the meaningful improvements we worked so hard to create may no longer reach many of our customers…

That is why I'm writing to you today to share the 2 important points below.

First… The final paid upgrade for Captain Optimus Strong

We would like to announce that Captain Optimus Strong v2 will be the final paid major upgrade for Captain Optimus Strong! Once you own a v2 license of Captain Optimus Strong, all future major upgrades, if any, will be provided at no additional cost.

To make your upgrade even more worthwhile, we will also include a complimentary gift for everyone who upgrades to Captain Optimus Strong v2: $400 voucher-F, applicable toward product value.
