Remote assistance gives you personalized, one-on-one support when you need help with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, or other technical needs.
As your Premium Path status advances, so does your level of support.
Remote assistance breakdown
Here’s what remote assistance includes at each Premium Path status.

How remote assistance works
Support scope
Remote assistance is exclusively reserved for products developed by Zuture Group.
Matters related to 3rd-party products or general NinjaTrader platform issues are outside its scope.
Support availability
You have access to remote assistance in 2 stages, ensuring ongoing support throughout your product ownership:
- Within 30 days of purchase: Enjoy up to 3 complimentary remote sessions.
- After 30 days of purchase: With VIPZ status or higher, enjoy complimentary on-demand remote assistance, subject to a monthly session allowance.
Session duration
Complimentary sessions last up to 30 minutes as standard.
Higher Premium Path statuses include longer complimentary sessions, up to 60 minutes per session – providing more time to resolve technical issues at no additional cost.
Complex cases
For complex or difficult cases, we may extend your complimentary remote session duration by up to 15 minutes.
(*) Examples include:
- Assistance involving automation products (e.g. Infinity Algo Engine$, Captain Optimus Strong, New Horizon...)
- Orders containing 3+ single products or the equivalent
- Complex issues involving our products or services that require extensive troubleshooting or debugging
Connection or technical issues on our side
Extra complimentary time applies only when reasonably required for issues related to our products or services. The final determination is at our discretion.
Additional time & fees
If additional support is needed, your session can be extended beyond the complimentary duration for an additional fee. This helps us maintain a high standard of personalized support while ensuring our team’s time and resources are allocated fairly.
Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments, with rates varying depending on your Premium Path status.
For example, the rate for Zinsider is $30 per additional 30 minutes.
Our team will confirm the applicable rate before the session begins. Payment must be made in cash.
