To get the best performance from New Horizon, we’ll need to understand a bit about your trading setup.

  • What is the size of your trading account?
  • Are you using a personal live account or a Prop Firm account?

Based on your answers, our trading team will recommend the most suitable template and setup tailored to your unique trading situation. We're here to ensure that New Horizon works seamlessly for you from day one.

First, please double-check your settings to ensure the bot is enabled.

If everything is set up correctly and the bot is still not placing orders, don’t worry:

Based on our data, stable trading patterns usually result in an average frequency of 0.5 to 1 trade per day. This means that on some days, you may not see any trades, while on others, you could see 1, 2, or even 3 trades, depending on market conditions and whether valid signals are generated.

It’s completely normal to experience days without trades, as the bot only places trades when the right conditions are met.

First, make sure your ninZaResource is up to date.

If you're using the latest version and the issue persists, follow these steps:

  1. Start by turning everything off to ensure the chart is clean and free from any previous data.
  2. Check if your account is connected. If not, please connect it before proceeding.
  3. Next, add New Horizon back to the chart.
  4. Go to Data Series and set it to load at least 30 days of historical data.
  5. Once the data finishes loading, click the Table button on the chart again.

Start by checking the markers on the chart.

If the entry has an arrow but no NH marker, it means the signal is for a virtual trade used to calculate Win/Loss Streak conditions, not a real trade.

Simply turn off Performance Mode, and everything will appear as expected.
