We’re pleased to offer promotional vouchers and coupon codes from time to time, as a way of showing appreciation to our valued traders.

To ensure transparency and a smooth checkout experience, please review the following terms before applying any discounts:

1. Note the validity period:
   - Voucher: Valid for 7 DAYS from the date of issue.
   - Coupon code: Validity varies based on the specific marketing campaign. Please refer to each campaign’s details.
2. Apply to the original prices ONLY: Vouchers and coupon codes are valid on original product prices. They do not apply to discounted items or already reduced prices.
3. Apply to the total order, not per item: Discounts from vouchers or coupon codes are deducted from the entire order total, not from each individual item.
   - For example: If you have a $100 voucher and purchase 3 products, the total order will be reduced by $100, not $100 per product.
4. Use one voucher or coupon per order: Each voucher or coupon code is meant to be used individually. Multiple vouchers or coupon codes cannot be combined in a single order.
5. Combine with ZR Wallet within limits: You may combine a voucher or coupon code with your ZR Wallet balance, but the total discount must not exceed 60% OFF the original price.
   - Exception: Certain special programs (e.g., ninZaBuyback) may allow a higher combined discount.

Why can’t you combine multiple vouchers/coupons?

We understand the desire for deeper discounts, but we always keep at least 20% of the original product price. This modest amount enables us to:

• Offer lifetime world-class support, including free remote sessions when needed
• Provide free product updates
• Maintain your access to our self-service licensing system
• Sustain our technical infrastructure to serve you smoothly
• Support the operation of our team of 30+ staff members

This small remaining amount helps us continue serving you at the highest standard, long after your purchase.
