To cover the risk for our customers, we have launched our ninZaExchange program. If you are not satisfied with an indicator you’ve bought, you may request us to replace it with another indicator of the comparable price for you.

• The exchange period is within 15 days since the date of purchase (including the purchase date).
• You are entitled to ONE (01) exchange to replace the product you bought with another one at the similar price. After that, the order will be locked and the purchased product is no longer replaceable.

Please note that this ninZaExchange program still does NOT allow a refund/return.

You can exchange products if they do not fit well with your system, but cannot request a refund/return after purchase.
